About This Virtual Experience
In this live virtual workshop, you’ll create a spring succulent living wreath—a circular garden that celebrates growth, texture, and the gentle rhythms of the season. This experience blends botanical understanding with artistic composition, guiding you through the creation of a living wreath designed to evolve naturally over time.
Your wreath is built on a breathable, plant-friendly base and planted with preserved moss, which gently retains moisture while supporting healthy root systems. Succulents are grown and curated by me, selected for their structure, resilience, and ability to thrive in living compositions. Each plant is thoughtfully positioned to honor its natural growth habit, allowing the wreath to mature gracefully while maintaining balance and form.
As both the succulent grower and living design artist, I’ll guide you step by step through the creative process, sharing growing insight drawn from years of cultivating succulents and creating living work for galleries, juried art shows, and interior designers nationwide. You’ll learn how to read plant structure, design with intention, and create movement within a living composition.
Throughout the workshop, we’ll explore layering succulents for visual depth, playing with negative space, and incorporating homegrown dried florals to add softness, seasonal character, and a touch of whimsy. A plant-friendly adhesive, included in your kit, allows for secure placement while keeping your succulents healthy and happy as they grow.
This approximately one-hour virtual session is ideal for team building, client appreciation, or welcoming the season with creativity and care. Designed for both beginners and experienced plant lovers, the class is relaxed, art-forward, and rooted in botanical understanding.

This experience blends artistic composition with botanical knowledge, guiding you through the creation of a piece that is both expressive and long-lasting.
Your driftwood has been carefully dried for over a year, then hand-polished and preserved with natural orange oil and beeswax, ensuring it is ready for your home and supportive of healthy plant growth. Succulents are nestled into preserved moss, which naturally retains moisture and allows the arrangement to continue living and thriving over time.
As both the succulent grower and living design artist, I’ll guide you step by step through the creative process—sharing techniques used in my fine art work for galleries, juried art shows, and interior designers nationwide. You’ll learn principles of balance, movement, and texture, giving you a foundation you can return to whenever inspiration strikes.
During the workshop, you’ll also have the option to incorporate shells and shoreline elements to add subtle coastal character to your design. Each kit includes a diverse selection of healthy succulents with varied forms and textures, allowing every piece to be truly one of a kind.
